As we all know microorganisms are everywhere. They can be in the air, water, soil and in any particles. All microbes are not pathogenic for humans, but some are pathogenic and even deadly. Recently my brother in law got sick and he went to the hospital for a checkup, after his Dr. examine him and with all the lab result, he is diagnosed with acute bronchitis. His diagnosis lead me to investigate what causes his disease?
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes. Usually acute bronchitis caused by virus, but bacteria can also a cause of bronchitis. These virus or bacteria can cause inflammation or infection to the bronchial tubes.
Signs and symptoms of acute bronchitis include sore throat, fatigue (tiredness), fever, body aches, stuffy or runny nose, vomiting, and diarrhea. But the main symptom is that a persistent cough.
